Riyadh – Mubasher: Rasan Information Technology Company has commenced its electronic voting for its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), following an initial invitation issued on 9 July 2026.

Registered shareholders will be able to cast their votes remotely starting from 01:00 on 30 July 2026.

The electronic voting window will remain open until the conclusion of the General Assembly meeting, which is scheduled to convene at 19:30 on 3 August 2026.

The meeting will be conducted from the company’s headquarters in Riyadh using modern technology via the Tadawulaty system.

The company stated that registration and voting services are provided free of charge to all shareholders through the Tadawulaty website.

Rasan has encouraged shareholders to participate in the decision-making process by reviewing and voting on the meeting agenda items.

Shareholders may also submit inquiries regarding the assembly agenda to the investor relations department via email.
